Jessica Rickert

Jessica Rickert has been working in the professional world since 2010. Jessica began their career as an Accounting Assistant, Client Liaison, and Legal Administrative Assistant and Receptionist at Collection Law Advocates. In 2012, they moved to Encore Capital Group and worked as a Legal Assistant. In 2015, they held two positions simultaneously at RCC Business IT as an IT Service Coordinator and at ShutterBooth Photo Booth as an Event Coordinator. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Entrega as a Quality Assurance Analyst and a Business Operations Coordinator. Jessica currently works at Shibumi as a Quality Assurance Engineer.

Jessica Rickert received an Associate's Degree from Macomb Community College in 2011-2015, with a field of study in Applied Science in 3D Animation and Applied Science in Creative Imaging and Illustration. Jessica also obtained several certifications from freeCodeCamp, Coursera, and other institutions between 2018-2022, including Responsive Web Design, UI / UX Design Specialization, Web Design: Wireframes to Prototypes, Web Design: Strategy and Information Architecture, UX Design Fundamentals, and Visual Elements of User Interface Design.
