Hal Wachter

Hal Wachter has extensive experience in data management and lab system support, currently serving as a Senior Data Management Analyst at Quest Diagnostics since December 2017. In addition, Hal has been the Manager of Lab System Support at Shiel Medical Laboratory since 2001, where responsibilities include overseeing laboratory systems. Prior to these roles, Hal held the position of Director of Patient Revenue and Managed Care at Mount Sinai Medical Center from 1992 to 1999, demonstrating a strong background in healthcare operations and revenue management.
