Jonathan Troup

Jonathan Troup, MBA, CPIM has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jonathan is currently the Director of Planning Operations at Shield AI, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Safran as the Director of Supply Chain Planning from July 2021 to February 2023. Jonathan also held the roles of MPS/MRP Business Process Manager from August 2020 to July 2021 and Head of Planning from December 2018 to August 2020 at Safran.

Before Safran, Jonathan worked at Zodiac Aerospace, where they held the positions of Head Of Planning from August 2017 to December 2018, Demand Manager from September 2016 to August 2017, Supply Chain Analytics and Process Manager from November 2015 to September 2016, Supply Chain Analyst from February 2015 to November 2015, and Procurement-Inventory Shortage Team Leader from December 2013 to February 2015.

Earlier in their career, Jonathan was the Operations Manager at Smith and Sons Disaster Kleenup Inc. from March 2013 to October 2013. Jonathan also worked at INX International Ink Co. as a Quality Systems Coordinator/Lab Technician from January 2006 to March 2013.

Jonathan Troup, MBA, CPIM holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Washington State University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Operations Management from California State University-Sacramento, specializing in Business Administration-Operations Management and Communications, from 2008 to 2012. Jonathan also possesses an Associate of the Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies, earned from the Community Colleges of Spokane from 2006 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, such as Master Scheduling, Demand Management, and Integrated Business Planning courses from Oliver Wight Americas, Inc., as well as the Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification from APICS in February 2019.
