Matt Zarcone

Matt Zarcone is a highly experienced professional in engineering and project management, currently serving as a Senior Solution Engineer at Shield AI since October 2022. Prior experiences include roles as a Sr. PMO Analyst and Program Engineer at Persistent Systems, LLC, where Matt led a multi-year portfolio focused on technical management and process implementation. As a Technical Manager at LGS Innovations, Matt managed cross-functional engineering teams while providing extensive training in system integrations. At Insitu Inc., Matt directed advanced project management for payload integrations, and prior to this, Matt contributed to intelligence and surveillance efforts as an ISR Technical Provider for the US Navy.
