Oliver Bradford has a wide range of work experience in various leadership and sales roles. Beginning in 1998, they worked as a Product Marketing Executive at World Telecom Plc. Oliver then became a Software Product Manager and Team Leader at QAS Systems Ltd from 2000 to 2003. Following this, Oliver worked at Etrali Trading Solutions as a Software Product Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Global Account Manager between 2005 and 2016. Oliver led a sales team and achieved high target performance during their time there. In 2016, Oliver joined Corvil as a Global Account Director, primarily focusing on Capital Markets. Oliver was responsible for real-time performance monitoring and addressing regulatory challenges. Oliver then transitioned to Instana in 2020, serving as a Regional Director and driving new business sales in cloud-native monitoring solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, Strategic Accounts (EMEA & APAC) at Shield, a communications compliance platform.

Oliver Bradford attended Rugby School from 1989 to 1994. Oliver then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Geography at Royal Holloway, University of London from 1994 to 1997, earning a 2:1 BA (Hons). In 2018, they furthered their education by completing the Introduction to MEDDIC program at MEDDIC Academy, specializing in Sales Methodology. Oliver also obtained additional certifications, such as Corporate Visions Sales Training from Corporate Visions in 2020, MEDDIC from MEDDIC Academy in 2018, The Buying Clock from Perpetos in 2015, and Product Management from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2003. Oliver also holds an Advanced CIM certification from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
