Jonathan Ousley, LMFT, has extensive experience in mental health program administration and therapy, currently serving as the Adult Mental Health Programs Administrator at SHIELDS for Families since October 2005. In this role, Jonathan supervises multiple adult behavioral health service programs, overseeing program compliance and budget management while ensuring adherence to DMH performance goals. Additionally, Jonathan provides culturally sensitive therapy and support services as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, coordinating care for clients with complex mental health needs.
