Jonathan Ousley

Jonathan Ousley, LMFT, has extensive experience in mental health program administration and therapy, currently serving as the Adult Mental Health Programs Administrator at SHIELDS for Families since October 2005. In this role, Jonathan supervises multiple adult behavioral health service programs, overseeing program compliance and budget management while ensuring adherence to DMH performance goals. Additionally, Jonathan provides culturally sensitive therapy and support services as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, coordinating care for clients with complex mental health needs. Previous roles include Program Manager and Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, where Jonathan developed policies, facilitated training, and conducted individual and group therapy in various settings. Jonathan holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University and dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Clinical Psychology from Whittier College.
