Brad M.

Brad M. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Brad currently holds the position of Vice President, Health System Experience at Shields Health Solutions, where they are responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with partners, improving the partner experience, and establishing standard Strategic Account Management processes. Prior to this, they spent over 20 years at GE Healthcare, where they held various roles including GM, National Account and Account Executive. In these roles, they managed major clients, created "account communities," and developed executive relationships to leverage cross-functional GE resources. Brad also worked as an Enterprise Program Manager, overseeing integration projects, and as a Sourcing Manager/Black Belt, responsible for global supplier relationships and implementing Six Sigma strategies. Before joining GE, Brad M. worked as a Supply Base Manager at Solectron, and as an Acquisition Program Manager in the USAF.

Brad M. has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from the United States Air Force Academy. Brad also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management from Wright State University. Before their higher education, Brad attended Onalaska High School. In terms of additional certifications, Brad has obtained "Holding Your Team Accountable" and "Motivating and Engaging Employees" from LinkedIn in April 2022. Brad also holds certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the United States Air Force and Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) and Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from GE Healthcare.
