Carolkim H.

Carolkim H. has a diverse work experience in the field of pharmacy. Carolkim began their career in 2011 as a Pharmacist Intern at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where they later held positions as a Clinical Program Development Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager/MTM Lead. In 2015, they joined MCPHS University as an Adjunct Professor of Pharmacy Practice and also worked as a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Resident at both MCPHS University and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. From 2017 onwards, they transitioned to Shields Health Solutions, first serving as a Specialty Clinical Pharmacist, then progressing to roles as a Regional Supervisor of Clinical Services, Manager of Clinical Outcomes, and currently as the Director of Clinical Outcomes. Their experience spans various areas of pharmacy practice, including clinical services, teaching, and leadership.

Carolkim H. attended Xavier University of Louisiana, where they obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree with a focus on Pharmacy. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications in different states such as being a Colorado State Pharmacist, a Massachusetts State Pharmacist, a Michigan State Pharmacist, a Minnesota Licensed Pharmacist, a Mississippi State Licensed Pharmacist, a New York State Pharmacist, a Texas State Pharmacist, a Virginia State Pharmacist, and a Washington State Pharmacist. They have also obtained a Teaching Certificate from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and a Certified Specialty Pharmacist (CSP) certification from the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP).
