Erin Koropsak

Erin Koropsak has a strong background in human resources and quality improvement. Erin currently works as an HR Business Partner at Shields Health Solutions since February 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at The Arc of Essex County, including Senior Director of Human Resources from August 2015 to February 2022 and Senior Director of Quality Improvement and Compliance from August 2012 to February 2022. Before joining The Arc of Essex County, Erin worked as the Director of Day Habilitation at ARC of Rockland from May 2006 to August 2012. Additionally, they served as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Mercy College from June 2009 to July 2011. Overall, Erin brings extensive experience in HR and quality improvement to their current role.

Erin Koropsak completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Psychology from Pace University between 2001 and 2005.
