Ishani Kohli Pharmd, Rph

Ishani Kohli, PharmD, RPh has a diverse and extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Starting in 2014, they completed several Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences at Boston Children's Hospital and Boston Medical Center, where they reviewed physician orders, assessed drug dosages and interactions, and made recommendations for improving patient care.

In 2015, Ishani joined Walgreens as a Pharmacist, where they provided coverage for multiple stores, advised customers on medications, organized influenza vaccination clinics, and obtained a Professional Immunization Certification. Ishani was later promoted to Pharmacy Manager, overseeing operations and business development, achieving significant increase in script volume and managing the highest-ranked location in the district for gross profit.

In 2017, they moved to Decision Resources Group as a Client Engagement Lead, specializing in Real-World Evidence Data Analytics. Ishani successfully managed client engagements in the pharmaceutical industry and contributed to the development of their RWE data analytics capabilities. Ishani also worked as a Pharmacist at Fingertip Formulary during this time.

In 2020, Ishani joined Artisan Healthcare Consulting as a Senior Consultant and later became a Project Leader. Ishani played a significant role in various consulting projects, providing strategic guidance and insights to pharmaceutical companies.

In 2021, they joined TRINITY as an Engagement Manager, responsible for managing client relationships and delivering consulting services in the healthcare industry.

Currently, Ishani is Vice President of Operations for New England at Shields Health Solutions, a position they started in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, they have received certification in Applied Business Analytics from Emeritus in October 2020.
