Kathryn Perry, MPH has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Kathryn most recently worked as the Director of Implementation at Shields Health Solutions starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Healthcare Consultant at Crowe from October 2020 to October 2022.

Before transitioning into consulting, Kathryn worked at U.S. Dermatology Partners, where they held multiple roles. Kathryn started as a Certified Medical Assistant in May 2016 and then became a Revenue Cycle Specialist in June 2018, where they successfully supervised the closing of legacy accounts and implemented improvements in insurance eligibility processes. Kathryn later became a Business Analyst in November 2019.

Kathryn also has experience in international development and education. Kathryn worked as a Consultant for CU Peru from August 2019 to October 2020, where they participated in organizational restructuring and implemented participatory teaching methods. Kathryn also served as the Education Chair, supervising a committee and developing a curriculum for community health workers in the Peruvian Amazon Basin. Additionally, Kathryn had an internship role at CU Peru from September 2017 to May 2019, where they developed budgets and implementation plans.

Earlier in their career, Kathryn worked as a Corps member for Teach For America from March 2013 to August 2015. Kathryn then worked at STRIVE Prep as a Curriculum Developer from June 2014 to July 2015, where they developed 6th-grade curriculum and conducted data assessments. Kathryn also served as the Grade Level Chair and a 6th Grade Writing Teacher during the same period.

Prior to that, Kathryn had intern roles at Hospital Rivadavia and Berrien County Parks and Recreation.

Throughout their career, Kathryn has demonstrated expertise in implementation, healthcare consulting, data analysis, curriculum development, project management, and international development.

Kathryn Perry, MPH has a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree in Leadership and Public Health Practice from the Colorado School of Public Health. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Michigan.
