Mike Rivers, MHA, MPA, attended the University of Southern California from 1986 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. Mike then pursued further education at the University of Washington, where they obtained a Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree from 2004 to 2008. From 2006 to 2009, they also pursued a Master of Public Affairs (MPA) degree with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at the same institution.
