Niru Shrestha

Niru Shrestha has work experience at two companies. Niru started working at Shields Health Solutions in August 2019 as a Pharmacy Liaison and held this role until February 2021. From March 2021 to October 2021, they worked as an Implementation Associate at Shields Health Solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Implementation Manager at the same company since November 2021.

Prior to their time at Shields Health Solutions, Niru Shrestha worked at UnitedHealth Group. Niru started working there in March 2014 as an Oncology Care Coordinator and held this role until October 2016. From November 2016 to July 2019, they worked as a Team Lead at the company.

Niru Shrestha obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Troy University, between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Kathmandu University (KU), from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained a certification titled "How to Build Credibility as a Leader" from LinkedIn in May 2022.
