Stephanie Rubi

Stephanie Rubi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Stephanie started their career in 2007 as a Photojournalist in the United States Air Force, where they served until 2015. Upon leaving the military, Stephanie joined Carlyle Catering as an Office Manager, where they worked from 2015 to 2018. Following this, they joined Jay Franco and Sons Inc. as a Production Coordinator, a role they held for four years until 2022. Currently, Stephanie is employed at Shields Health Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, a position they have held since February 2022.

Stephanie Rubi obtained their degree in Still Photography from the Defense Information School, where they studied from 2007 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Stephanie has also obtained several certifications. In November 2022, they completed a certification in Adaptability & Resilience from McKinsey & Company. Stephanie further enhanced their skills by obtaining a certification in Problem Solving in January 2023 and a certification in Business Strategy in February 2023, both from McKinsey & Company. Most recently, in March 2023, Stephanie completed the Management Accelerator program as part of the Hispanic & Latino Leadership Academy at McKinsey & Company.
