Asaad A. Khan

Asaad A. Khan, MD, MRCPI, MRCP(UK), CCST, FACC, FSCAI, currently serves as the Chief of Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, Consultant Interventional Cardiologist, Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, and Program Director for the Cardiovascular Medicine Fellowship at Shifa International Hospitals Limited since August 2019. In addition, Asaad is the Governor Elect for the American College of Cardiology's Pakistan Chapter and an Assistant Professor of Medicine (Cardiology) at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai since August 2017. Asaad also works as a proctor for Boston Scientific and Medtronic, training in advanced cardiac interventions. With prior experience at The Mount Sinai Hospital and roles in various committees, Asaad has a robust educational background, including multiple fellowships and degrees in cardiovascular medicine from prestigious institutions.
