Vance Naegle has a diverse work experience in the field of creative content development. Vance has co-founded and served as the CEO of Glimmer Technology Inc since 2017, where they focus on developing augmented and virtual reality experiences. At Iron Dragon Studios LLC, Vance is the owner and specializes in providing visual content for educational and entertainment software. As the co-founder of TechToneGraphix LLC since 2016, they have worked on various projects and was awarded a grant for creating a multi-city interactive experience. Vance also founded VR Training Solutions, which later rebranded as Shift, and played a key role in designing and developing VR prototypes. Vance has also worked at Zynga Eugene as a Senior Artist and at Buzz Monkey Software as an Environment Artist, where they contributed to the development of innovative entertainment titles. With Pipeworks Software, Vance worked as an Art Lead and was involved in the development of several console games. Vance was one of the nine developers who launched Pipeworks Software and worked on various projects, including creating Xbox system demos. Prior to that, Vance gained experience as a 3D Artist at Dynamix, where they learned about game development processes and worked with various software tools.
Vance Naegle's education history begins in 1981 when they attended Clatsop Community College to study Sculpture and Drawing. This was followed by enrollment at the University of Oregon from 1982 to 1988, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Design. After that, in 1988 and 1989, Vance attended Lane Community College to study Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD.
In addition to their formal education, Vance also obtained a certification in Benefit Corporations for Good from the institution of the same name in August 2020.
