Jayden started their career in 2005 as a Store Manager at McDonald's Australia, where they gained expertise in inventory management and crew training. Jayden Bright completed their basic education at Craigslea State High School in Australia from 2003 to 2008. They then pursued further education in the field of retail management and obtained a Diploma of Retail Management from McDonald's Australia Pty Ltd (RTO) in an unspecified year. In addition to their formal education, Jayden also obtained several certifications in related areas. In 2008, they received a Certificate III in Retail Operations from McDonald's Corporation.
