Jennifer Lorca Williams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jennifer began their career at CoreLogic, where they held positions as a Map Analyst and Senior Map Analyst from 2006 to 2009. From 2010 to 2016, Jennifer worked in e-commerce copywriting. Jennifer then joined Get Inclusive as a Customer Success Manager in 2016 and continued in that role until 2018. Jennifer's most recent experience is with Shift Markets, where they started as an Internal Recruiter in 2015, became an HR Manager in 2018, and currently holds the position of VP of People Operations from 2022 onwards.
Jennifer Lorca Williams has a Master of Science (MS) in Community and Regional Planning from The University of Texas at Austin, which they completed in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Geography from Sam Houston State University.
