Solomon P. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Solomon started their career as an Information Technology Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services in 2004 and worked there until 2011. Solomon then joined Northwest Administrators, Inc - Pension Fund as a Technology Architect from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they worked at Oracle as a Cloud Customer Success - Strategy and Innovation specialist from 2011 to 2018. Solomon then moved to Finastra as a Director, Customer Value Sales - Americas | Corporate banking strategy from 2018 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of growth transformation at Shift Technology, which they started in 2022. Solomon has extensive experience in technology consulting, customer success, and sales strategy, and they bring valuable expertise to the companies they work for.

Solomon P. completed their Bachelor's in Electronic Engineering (B.E.) from the University of Mumbai between 2000 and 2004. Solomon then pursued a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General from the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2013 to 2015.
