Julie Starnes

Julie Starnes is currently serving as the Vice President of Defense Sales at Shift5 since November 2022. Prior to this, Julie held the position of Vice President in the Public Sector at Recorded Future from June 2015 to October 2022. Julie also has experience working as a Dept. of Defense and Intel Community Manager and Intelligence Community Account Executive, where Julie received several awards for their performance. Julie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University.
