Kendra Sands

Kendra Sands has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Starting from 2007, they worked at First Republic Bank, where they focused on loans and customer service. In 2007, they also joined Brighterion, Inc., where they served as an executive assistant, project manager, and business development professional, excelling in client relationships and project completion. From 2013 to 2018, Kendra worked at Aria Systems, initially as a Services Operations Manager, overseeing financial activities and strategic projects. Later, they transitioned to an Implementation Project Manager and Program Manager role, leading large and small-scale Aria Platform implementations for enterprise clients. At Tanium, Kendra held multiple roles starting in 2018, including Manager of Operations, Director of Enterprise Services, and Director of Global Programs. In these positions, they managed strategic programs, projects, and conferences, worked cross-functionally to improve effectiveness and internal processes, and facilitated the team's vision. Currently, Kendra Sands holds the position of Director of Services Delivery at Shift5 and will assume the role of Vice President of Service Delivery in November 2022.

Kendra Sands pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara from 2003 to 2007.
