Amy W. has a diverse work experience with a focus on marketing and branding. Amy started their career as an Art Director/Marketing Manager at Sebamed USA, where they developed and maintained the brand image for their skincare product lines in the U.S market. Amy led a team of designers and developers to execute marketing campaigns that consistently reflected the brand's voice and user experience. Amy then founded Dawn Design Studios in 2012, where they acted as the Founder and CEO. At Dawn, they provided businesses with branding and marketing services, built and managed creative/marketing teams, and established an efficient online infrastructure. Most recently, Amy served as the Chief Marketing Officer at ShiftPixy®, a human capital services enterprise in the Gig Economy. In this role, they helped businesses with shift-based employees navigate regulatory mandates, minimize administrative burdens, and connect with a ready-for-hire workforce. Amy'sexpertise in workers' compensation and compliance programs added value to ShiftPixy's services in addressing compliance and equitable employment practices in the growing Gig Economy.

Amy W. obtained a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes between the years 2004 and 2008.
