Lital Wexler

Lital Wexler has extensive work experience in human resources. Lital is currently serving as the Deputy CEO Chief HR Officer at Cal (Israel Credit Cards) since February 2022 and as the VP of Human Resources since July 2021. Before that, they worked at Shikun & Binui as the VP HR at Shikun Binui Solel Boneh starting from October 2018. Lital also held the position of VP HR at Tikshoov from October 2009 to October 2018, where they implemented a human resources strategy that transformed the organizational culture and led recruitment processes to support growth. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager Consulting at Aman-Amanet from April 2009 to November 2010, where they managed organizational change projects and supervised consultants. Lital began their career as an HR Manager at Agad Ta'abora Techevet in 2004, where they played a significant role in establishing the company and developing its human resources department.

Lital Wexler received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University, graduating in the top 1% of the class. Following their undergraduate studies, they went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Sociology at the same university from 2000 to 2002, where they also graduated in the top 1%.
