Prior to this, Suchie worked at DCOPE FZE as a Human Resources Consultant, supporting project delivery and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Suchie also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Global Management Consultants, where they streamlined recruitment processes and sourced potential candidates. Earlier in their career, Suchie held positions at Alstom Power Service Arabia as a Human Resources Analyst, implementing HR solutions, and at Icon Management Services as an HR Consultant, supporting employee engagement initiatives. Suchie began their career as a Research Associate at Manpower Services India Pvt. Ltd., where they delivered quality support on various domains. Suchie also worked as an HR Trainee at SATYAM COMPUTER SERVICES, LTD, contributing to resource planning initiatives.

Suchie P. began their education journey in 2002 at ICFAI University, Hyderabad, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
