Ser Chun Lai

Ser Chun Lai is an experienced project manager and engineer with a strong background in civil engineering and project delivery across various sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager at Shimmick Construction since November 2020, Ser Chun Lai oversees the Foster City Levee Improvement Project. Previously, roles included Project Engineer for the same project at Shimmick, Assistant Project Manager at Clark Pacific, and Project Manager at Aquatic Engineering & Construction Ltd, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills in project execution.
