Ashley Nichols

Ashley Nichols is an accomplished operations professional currently serving as the Director of Operations and Special Project Manager at Shimmy Technologies, Inc. since October 2021. With prior experience as the Jobs Manager at Preemptive Love from February 2019 to October 2021, Ashley coordinated donor reporting and managed a microbusiness program in Iraq. Previous roles include Business Development and Reporting Officer and Empowerment Reporting at Preemptive Love, where the focus was on data management and reporting systems. Additional experience includes program management at Refugee Services of Texas and volunteer work with Amnesty International. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Oklahoma Baptist University and is pursuing an MSc in Migration, Mobility & Development at SOAS University of London.
