Rob Bass

Rob Bass has over 30 years of experience in the field of sales and management. Rob began their career in 1987 as a Manufacturing Supervisor and Buyer-Planner at Rogers Corporation. In 1997, they joined Shin-Etsu MicroSi, Inc. as an Account Manager and Product Development Engineer. Rob later moved into the role of Sales Manager, where they were responsible for sales and marketing of Solution Vinyl Resins for Inks, Coatings, Adhesive, Sealants, and Encapsulates (CASE). In 2005, they were promoted to Key Accounts Program Manager, and in 2009 they were promoted again to Supply Chain Manager, where they were directly responsible for Purchasing, Production Planning, Information Technology, and Customer Service. Rob also managed Quality Control, Inventory Control, Shipping, and Receiving Departments. In 2012, Rob joined the American Youth Soccer Organization Region 1046 as an Executive Board Member and Child Volunteer Protection Advocate.

Rob Bass has obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix between 2017 and 2019. In 2021, they began their studies at the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is expected to complete a Certificate in Personal Trainer in 2022. Additionally, Rob Bass has obtained a Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in September and February of 2022 respectively.
