Amy Brundeen is a seasoned communications professional with a diverse background in education and strategic communication. Currently serving as a Communications Specialist for Shine Early Learning since April 2022, Amy previously held the position of Communications Strategist for Research at the University of North Texas, where responsibilities included promoting research initiatives. Amy’s extensive experience includes roles as an ESL Teacher at VIPKID, a Writing Tutor for Pearson, and a Copyeditor at Kerrville Daily Times. Earlier in the career, Amy taught at various school districts and managed electronic communications for the Texas Hospital Association, overseeing website management and email campaigns. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Rhetoric and a Master of Science in Elementary Education from Texas A&M University and Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, respectively.
