Rosa Thorpe has extensive work experience in the field of early childhood education and mental health services. Rosa has held various roles in organizations such as Shine Early Learning, The Valley Hospital, Acelero Inc., Acelero Learning, SCO Family of Services, Babyland Family Services, and Mid Bergen. Their roles have included Vice President, Crisis Intervention Services, Chief of Staff, Director of Quality Assurance, Executive Director, Early Head Start Consultant, and Director. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in strategic planning, building partnerships, managing budgets, conducting evaluations, and facilitating organizational goals.
Rosa Thorpe attended Lodi High School for their secondary education. Rosa then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at Montclair State University from 1983 to 1987. Following this, they went on to obtain a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Social Work from Rutgers University between 1989 and 1993.
