Sarah Montgomery

Sarah Montgomery is a highly experienced professional in early childhood education, currently serving as the Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Shine Early Learning since September 2020, where responsibilities include building and leading a team to support providers and partners. Prior to this role, Sarah held positions in content development coordination and quality coaching, demonstrating a strong focus on technical assistance and continuous quality improvement in early childhood settings. With a foundational career starting as an Early Childhood Consultant, Sarah has managed programs and supervised coaches to enhance quality care in compliance with state standards. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Education with a concentration in Early Childhood Education Administration, along with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Early Childhood Education and Teaching.
