Aric Cowne

Aric Cowne has extensive work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Aric is currently serving as the VP of Projects at SHINE Technologies since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Engineering Construction Director at the same company from April 2019 to May 2023. Before joining SHINE Technologies, Aric worked as a Construction Manager at the company from September 2017 to March 2019.

Earlier in their career, Aric gained experience at various companies such as WECTEC Staffing, URENCO USA, LES, Louisiana Energy Services, Paducah Remediation Services, Restoration Services Incorporated, Bechtel Jacobs, and the Kentucky Transportation Center. Their roles in these companies included Principal ITAAC Engineer, Project Team Lead, Construction Director, Core Equipment Installation Manager, Senior Construction Coordinator, Construction Project Coordinator III, Mechanical Engineer, Environmental Engineer, Engineer II, and Engineer Tech/Student Engineer.

Throughout their career, Aric has demonstrated their leadership skills by managing teams, overseeing construction projects, negotiating and managing vendor contracts, coordinating activities with various stakeholders, and developing strategic plans.

Aric Cowne pursued their education at the University of Kentucky from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
