Soyoung Ahn

Soyoung Ahn is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and negotiations, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Shinsegae International Inc. since July 2020. Prior to this role, Soyoung held the same position at SK Biopharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included managing international partnerships and investor relations. Soyoung’s career also includes significant experience as Corporate Legal Counsel at Samsung Electro-Mechanics, overseeing litigations, negotiating agreements with multinational corporations, and managing legal operations for overseas subsidiaries. Earlier experience includes litigation work at Phillips Lytle LLP, as well as various internships and teaching roles. Soyoung Ahn earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a B.A. in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from Barnard College, Columbia University.
