Shinobu Jitsukawa

Shinobu Jitsukawa has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Executive Officer and Executive Director in charge of institutional business at Shinsei Bank since August 2013. Jitsukawa also heads Loan Syndication and Distribution for non-Japanese corporate, financial institutions, and project finance. Prior to this role, Jitsukawa was General Manager and Head of Institutional Sales at SHINSEI SECURITIES CO.,LTD. from January 2002 to July 2013, overseeing both the Institutional Sales and Financial Strategy Divisions. Jitsukawa began a career at The Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan, serving as Manager from April 1996 to June 2000. Jitsukawa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Chuo University, completed in 1996.
