Larry McDonald has over 28 years of experience in maintenance and engineering roles, currently serving as a Mechanical Maintenance Planner & Scheduler / Sr. Technician at Shintech, Inc. since May 2005. Responsibilities include job scheduling and planning, supervising preventive maintenance and repairs for process manufacturing and mobile equipment, and ensuring optimal performance through assembly, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems. Prior to this, Larry held the position of General Foreman at Austin Industrial, Inc. Larry's education includes various certifications in machinery lubrication and Six Sigma methodologies, along with coursework in automotive repair and diagnostics from Brazosport College.
