NourAldeen Bayouq is a seasoned professional in customer service and operations management with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Shipa since September 2017, NourAldeen successfully supervises a team of Team Leaders and Quality Coaches while managing approximately 45 agents, consistently meeting service level targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
