Courtney Mullins has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions within the education and travel industry. Courtney is currently working as the Director of Business Development at ShipBob, Inc. Since joining EF Educational Tours in 2006, they have held multiple roles, including Manager of Business Development, Relationship Manager, and Tour Consultant. Throughout their time at EF Educational Tours, they have demonstrated expertise in sales, account management, and strategy development. Notably, they have achieved significant sales growth, increased referral business, and implemented best practices in sales techniques. Courtney has also managed sales teams and developed sales tools and resources.
