Glenn Caringal is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and IT operations, currently serving as Quality Assurance Lead at ShipERP since June 2020, where previous roles included SAP Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and SAP Quality Assurance Analyst. Prior to this, Glenn worked at ams asia inc from April 2019 to June 2020 as an Information Technology Operations Engineer, supporting SAP systems across various modules and providing assistance to employees in the Philippines and several countries in Europe and Asia Pacific. Glenn's career began at Accenture as an Application Support Associate specializing in SAP SD from April 2018 to April 2019. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from Batangas State University, earned between 2010 and 2015.
