Stephen Leonard

Stephen Leonard is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Shiplify since January 2019, where expertise in Amazon SageMaker has led to the creation and deployment of advanced image and text deep learning models, significantly enhancing existing scikit-learn classifiers and reducing manual labor. Prior experience includes a Technology Co-op at GE Appliances, where innovations in accelerated lifetime reliability testing and heater design for icemakers were implemented, and a Lab Assistant role at Union College, focusing on particle image velocimetry systems. Stephen holds a Master of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in Machine Learning and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
