Devin Weil

Devin Weil is the Chief Financial Officer at ShipMonk since October 2024, bringing extensive financial leadership experience from prior roles such as Senior Vice President of Finance at XPO from October 2021 to June 2024, and Vice President of Finance and CFO at Carrier. With a strong background in finance across various sectors, Devin has held significant positions at United Technologies, focusing on financial leadership for major divisions within Carrier. Prior to that, roles included CFO at Performance Fibers and Global Operations Finance Leader at ADC, with early experience in financial planning and analysis at Honeywell and as an Air Cavalry Troop Commander in the US Army. Devin holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Operations from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.
