Dustin Cook

Dustin Cook is currently the VP of Operations at ShipperHQ. Prior to this, they were with Fourth as a Senior Manager, Consulting Services from September 2020 to November 2021. In this role, they assisted Implementation Specialist management with addressing escalations and overall department needs, in addition to the ongoing training and development of the Implementation Specialists. Dustin also managed more complex projects for our enterprise clients.

Before joining Fourth, Dustin was with HotSchedules for over five years, from April 2015 to September 2020. There, they were the Pricing, Senior Analyst and owner of pricing & packaging, discount policy, analysis, reporting and enforcement. Dustin was also responsible for transforming data into useful information to drive pricing analytics, rating tools, and pricing strategy across the company.

Dustin's previous experience includes DECO, where they were a CST-Lead from June 2012 to August 2014; CIS, where they were a CAG from April 2010 to November 2011; Chenega Federal Systems, where they were a Security Specialist from April 2008 to April 2009; and the United States Air Force, where they were in Security Forces from July 2003 to August 2007.

Dustin Cook attended the Community College of the Air Force for their field in Criminal Justice. Dustin then attended the International Academy of Design and Technology-Chicago. Dustin is certified in SalesLoft Administrator Certification from SalesLoft.

Dustin Cook reports to Karen Baker, CEO. Dustin Cook works with Yaroslav Bezrukavyi - Full Stack Engineer, Melanie Cross - Head of Partnerships, and Caitlin Simpson - Senior Partner Manager.
