Alice Fisico

Alice Fisico has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Head Hunter, Ricerca e Selezione at Calvelli rsp. In 2016, they worked as a Clinical Psychology (post lauream) at Istituto di Terapia Familiare di Firenze ITFF and as a Testing & HR Assessment (post lauream) at Giunti O.S. Psychometrics. In 2018, they worked as a Staff at Royal Garden Hotel and as an HR Data Entry at Saint Laurent. In 2019, they worked as a P&C Project & Analytics Manager, People and Culture Manager, HR Manager, and HR Generalist at ShippyPro, as well as an HR Recruiter and General Admin Intern at Amorino.

Alice Fisico obtained their Diploma from Liceo Capponi-Machiavelli in 2009, followed by a Laurea triennale in Psicologia del Lavoro e delle Organizzazioni from Università degli Studi di Firenze in 2012. Alice then went on to obtain a Laurea Magistrale LM in the same field from Università degli Studi di Firenze in 2016. In 2020, they were certified as a Psicologa by the Fondazione dell'Ordine degli Psicologi della Toscana. Alice has also obtained additional certifications in Smart Working e Salute, 16PF-5 (Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire - Fifth Edition), EF SET English Certificate C1 Advanced, and Percorso HR Mindset from Giunti Psychometrics Italy and RADICAL HR respectively.
