Vinita Ankur has over 18 years of professional experience in the field of Human Resources. Vinita began their career in 2004 as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Hero ITES. In 2007, they moved to Blues Clothing Company Pvt. Ltd. where they served as the Human Resources Manager. In 2010, they became the Director at Mount Litera Zee School, Hazaribagh. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Content Writer. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources at ShipsKart.

Vinita Ankur obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the L.N.Mishra Institute of Economic development and social Change in 2003. Prior to this, they attended Notre Dame Academy from 1985 to 1995, obtaining their Class X.
