Delano Mireles

Delano Mireles has a strong background in customer success and user support. They started their career in 1997 at Apple Computer as an Inbound Sales Representative, where they worked until 2003. They then joined Academic Superstore as a Sales Manager from 2004 to 2011. In 2011, they became an Account Executive at Kimbia before moving to ShipStation in 2013. At ShipStation, they held various roles including Account Manager, Sr. Account Manager, Director of Sales and Service, and Sr. Director of User Support. In 2023, Delano joined Auctane as the Sr. Director of Customer Success.

Delano Mireles pursued their undergraduate education from 1992 to 1996 at St. Edward's University. During this time, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies.
