Ahmed Shabib

Ahmed Shabib has worked in various roles since 2012. In 2012, they were an Intern at GoToPal. In 2013, they were an Intern at Oregon State University Open Source Labs - GSOC 2013, where they built a Vagrant Plugin for Ganeti. In 2014, they were a Software Engineer at Cisco, where they worked on features such as Cisco Cleanair, Radio Resource Management and Rogue Location and Detection Protocol. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Chief Technology Officer at SimplyMoveIn. Since 2018, they have been the Chief Executive Officer at ShipThis.

Ahmed Shabib received their Master's degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2018. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from PESIT in 2014. Ahmed has also obtained several certifications, including Git Real from Code School in 2015, Intro to the Design of Everyday Things from Udacity in 2014, Internet Theirtory, Technology, and Security from Coursera in 2012, and Git Real 2 from Code School.
