Sartaj Beary has over 22 years of professional experience in business development, marketing, sales and operations. Sartaj currently serves as the Chief Business Officer of ShipThis. Prior to this, they were the Business Development Head for the Middle East & Africa region at SRL Diagnostics MENA from 2016 to 2020. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Camali Clinic, a multidisciplinary child and adolescent mental health service based in Dubai. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Manager of Business Development at SRL Diagnostics - Fortis Healthcare. From 2004 to 2011, they held various roles at Prime Healthcare Group LLC, including Asst. Manager - Business Development and Corporate Relations, Senior Executive - Corporate Relations and Marketing, and Front Office Executive/Operations Coordinator. From 2002 to 2004, they were the Executive - Marketing and Client Servicing at i-Dreams Productions. From 2001 to 2002, they were the Retail Liability Sales - Team Member at IDBI Bank in Mangalore. Finally, from 1998 to 2001, they served as the Sales and Merchandising Supervisor at ITC Limited Cigarettes business in Mangalore City.

Sartaj Beary obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Mangalore University between 2000 and 2002, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Sartaj then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Executive at S P Jain School of Global Management between 2012 and 2014, with a focus on Management, Marketing, Strategic planning and Related Support Services. In December 2012, they obtained a certification in Blue Ocean Strategy Simulation from StratX.
