Jyoti Panchal

Jyoti Panchal has extensive experience in sales and support within the e-commerce and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Sales and Support at Shipway since September 2020, Jyoti focuses on procuring new e-commerce leads and generating revenue through onboarding efforts while providing necessary technical support. Prior to this role, Jyoti worked at Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce Life Insurance Company from June 2014 to September 2020, holding positions as Corporate Sales Executive, Insurance Underwriter, and Retention Officer. Jyoti holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak and a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision from Amity University.
