Charles Fritz

Charles Fritz has over two decades of experience in quality management and SAP project implementation within the beauty industry. Currently serving as the Manager and Quality SAP Project Lead at Shiseido since February 2021, Charles oversees the Regional Process Lead for Quality for MES and SAP ERP deployments at manufacturing plants. Previously, Charles held the position of Quality Central Key User SAP at L’Oreal from November 2007 to February 2021, where responsibilities included supporting manufacturing plants during SAP/MES go-live and providing post-go-live support. Additionally, Charles was the Senior Quality Manager at L’Oreal USA from October 2002 to November 2007, focusing on quality systems improvements for a manufacturing site. Charles completed education at Fairleigh Dickinson University between 1974 and 1976.
