Irina Syroezhkina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in logistics and operations management. Currently serving as the Logistics & Operations Director at SHISEIDO RUS, LLC since January 2013, Irina has successfully streamlined processes, reduced costs, and optimized supply chain performance, notably implementing KPIs that elevated customer service levels while managing a team of 17.
