Lauren Iglesias

Lauren Iglesias is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in sourcing and purchasing, particularly in the cosmetics and fragrance industries. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Manager at Shiseido since March 2022, Lauren's prior roles include Procurement Manager at Revlon Inc. and various positions at Williams Lea Tag, where expertise in secondary packaging was developed. With early career experiences at DMR Packaging and Cosfibel, Lauren contributed to packaging development and project management. A graduate of LIM College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Lauren has demonstrated strong skills in client collaboration, vendor management, and operational support throughout a progressive career that began in 2007.
