Pravin Pande

Pravin Pande has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. pravin'smost recent position was as the Senior Vice President Operations at Shiva Pharmachem Limited, which they began in 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at Kalyani Technocrats from 2008 to 2013, where they served as a consultant for non-ferrous metals projects and was involved in various aspects such as troubleshooting, yield improvement, waste minimization, and environmental safety.

Before joining Kalyani Technocrats, Pravin worked as a Senior Manager at Rubamin Ltd from 2003 to 2008. Rubamin Ltd is a part of the Rubamin Group of Companies and is engaged in the production of non-ferrous metals and salts. During their tenure at Rubamin Ltd, Pravin gained expertise in environment, health, safety, production, project engineering, troubleshooting, and process debottlenecking.

At Birla Cellulosic, where Pravin was a Manager from 1995 to 2003, they were involved in the operation and maintenance of CS2 and H2SO4 plants. pravin also played a role in preparing ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001 manuals for CS2 and H2SO4 plants.

Pravin's career began at Grasim Industries Ltd, where they worked as an engineer from 1990 to 1995. Overall, Pravin Pande has acquired extensive knowledge and skills in various areas of operations, project management, troubleshooting, and environmental safety throughout their career.

Pravin Pande attended Amravati University from 1986 to 1989, where they pursued a B Tech degree in chemical engineering.
